Council Wants Rp 0 DP House Buyers to Be Strictly Selected

City Council wants prospective Rp 0 DP house buyers to be selected strictly. This should be done because there are many people who wants to buy it.

"Selection on prospective buyers should be done strictly, fair, and transparent," conveyed James Arifin Sianipar, Commission C Secretary, Thursday (2/22).

City DRD Gives Recommendation Regarding Rp 0 DP

According to him, more than 3,000 people have registered as prospective consumers. DP Rp 0 housing project which is done by PD. Pembangunan Sarana Jaya in East Jakarta, only provides 703 house units for now.

"Drawing should be done properly and controlled thus it could be right on target," he expressed.

For information, people who wants to buy house with Rp 0 DP must fulfill several requirements. Such as to have Jakarta ID, has never owned house before, already married, and have income between Rp 2.5-7 billion per month.
